Hey thanks for posting my blog site about our adventures:) Unfortunately its all turned to custard! The property we moved to at the end of August has a pre-existing contract on it and we’ve been conned into a fraudulent contract. Then the overseas owner takes exception to the fact we did not ask his permission for a house truck to be parked up – even though we dealt only with his appointed agent who did know, so he has evicted us as well. When we pointed out remedy in law for our situation he emailed a threat to commit criminal damage to both ourselves and our property if still here come eviction date…So off we go to Tenancy Tribunal.
However our most pressing issue is to find another place to live. So if anyone has space for a really lovely HouseTruck, 2 adults, 3 cats, space for a vegetable patch, with power and water for $80 pw or less, please please call 07 315 7221 anytime. We have excellent references and only wish to get on and live our lives peacefully whilst we pay down debt and gain financial freedom to allow us to buy a property of our own.
