welcome Mike, glad you like the pics. Best place for your offer would be the classifieds board. Its a fairly new feature and would be just the place to advertise your parking space.

Hi, some of the photos you have here are bloody good. I’m not one for these fancy commercially made jobs (whether thats because i don’t have the money or not I’m not sure yet). I spent a few years in a bus and caravan and really liked the life style but due to sercumstance had to go back to fixed housing. We now have a house in Te Awamutu that is set up for 1 mobile home at a time, short stay, no loo dump and would like to get the word out for people who would like a night or 2 here. There is out door plug into power and we would like 30$ a night. I hope it is not out of line posting this here but I’ve done some searching and this is the best looking site.

    Mike.

Sylvia, for places to stay check out the “motorcamps.com” web site. It has button to allow different variiations of what each camp site requirments you have. Also if you look for “seasonal work” web sites I am sure you will find all you need. Or after you start you travels approach other travellers as you see them and politely ask. Many will be helpful, I am sure. Best of luck. I am sure Stu would love a pic of your truck/bus for this site you you have one.

  • hi,
    just found your website googling.
We’re touring around Oz at the moment until January 2011 (see website) and are inverstigating living in our bus after we come back to NZ.
So any info is welcome e.g. work on the road, places to stay beside campinggrounds, costs etc.
Not sure if this is the right place but maybe you’ve got some other ideas where to get info from.
    Thanks for your time
    Cheers
    Sylvia
