This calendar is for use by any travelling-fair or group in NZ to post information about where you will be at any given time. In fact, if you are a member of this site, you can add pretty much any event to the calendar that you like.
To read an event in the calendar, double click the link for the event.
To add an event, click in the date field you want to post it for. Add the details and times and click Save (members only)

Have been having trouble with the calender.
Our Far on the 4th and 5th was Whakatane but has been cacelled because the grounds are too wet.
We are in Kawerau on the 10t, 11th and 12 of September and
In Tauranga, Memorial park on the 18th and 19th.

Lyn. The Gypsy Travellers visit the Wellington area. They usuallyhave a fair at Petone, Wainuiomata and Upper Hutt. I am not familiar with the timetable of the “Gypsy Fair”. They are 2 different groups. Please do keep an eye on this page for more information.

Thanks…Am new to this website. I love to go to gypsy fairs but doesn’t seem to be any in wellington area now?? We used to host them in Porirua which is close to where I live. I gather they are still being run over the Hutt Valley?

Haha here I go again with the calendar didnt get listing finished and now I cant open or edit it. I think I might just stick with the links on the itinerary page. Its meant to be in Whakatane the event but I cant get back in

Im heading to the South Islad for winter. Catch up with some people I havent seen for a few years after getting my wheelbearing sorted in Featherston. I will post ou next seasons Fairs in a wee while but we will be starting again in September

Not having much luck with this calendar are we? It does work, but had to switch it to weekly view. Not working in Monthly view. I just upgraded it too. Good luck with the last two fairs before resting up.
well am in firefox and still cant list. Have tried and am logged in. Ho hum not sure. Anyway we will be at:

Blake park Mount Mauganui on the 19th and 20th of June
After that we are taking a break to start up again in September

update: right. I have tested it in IE8, FF, Safari and Chrome. It works as expected if you are logged in, in all those browsers. But if you are just visiting, and double click the item to see it, it will error in all browsers except for FF. Not quite what I was expecting, but it seems I am now on the lookout for a calendar that will work across all browsers. In the meantime, use FF portable
When I click or double click on te date nothing happens and I get Error on page in the bottom left hand corner. Thanks for posting those Stu
It is great to see the Gypsy Travellers are really doing well. They really do deserve all our support as I find them to be a great “bunch” of people. Keep up the good work Travellers. I hope to see you when you get back to the Wgtn area.
Sorry to hear that Fran, it does appear to be working ok. What is the error you are getting and I’ll see if I can fix it for you. In the meantime, fairs have been added.

The Gypsytravellers will be at Rotorua for Labour weekend and heading to Taranaki after that. My websites find me page has our dates and venues as well. We will be In Waitara at the central School on the 31st of oct and 1st nov and are trying to book New Plymouth at this time

We are in Huntly this weekend 25th & 22nd at the domain and are waiting for council confirmation for Pukekohe and some auckland venues. For Queens birthday weekend we will be at the OREWA Surf club athe beach for sat, sun, mon. Should be good. Weve had some really great fairs lately and everyone is happy and enjoying the lifestyle.
