DC3 converted to housebus

Following on from the “aerobus” theme, check out this Douglas DC-3 Converted to a housebus

It was originally set up as a mobile phone carrier.

Probably one of the coolest things I’ve seen converted into a housebus. What a fine way to put to bed an old decomissioned DC3.

If this were to be done here in NZ, what do you think would make a good donor?  Personally, I can’t think of a thing

Going cheap, one Boeing 747-400, 20 years old, offers over $10 million, seats not included.

Now what I’m thinking is this could be turned into one might fine housetruck. It might need an oversize sticker for use on the road though…
